中国学生可申请马里兰州大学名单

　　马里兰州陆地面积的二分之一属大西洋海岸平原，南部是沙地，北部土地肥沃。该州跨大西洋的切萨皮克湾，海岸线长达3200英里。切萨皮克湾是一条宽而长的大溺谷，由南向北伸入内陆，把马里兰州分为东西两部分。切萨皮克湾南北长320公里，东西宽6-60公里，最深处可达105米。西岸大河有詹姆斯河及波托马克河。北部为湾头，有萨斯奎哈纳河注入。并有一条长30公里的运河，通过特拉华州北部直达特拉华河下游。
