是真是假：雅思认证考点就剩13个?

　　据传闻，“在最新UKVI官方文件中，英国境内认证的雅思考点已经被缩减到10个，中国国内认证考点只剩13个，并且将于4月16日开始实施。”

　　传闻中称：“在英国境内认证考点：贝尔法斯特,爱丁堡，卡迪夫，伯明翰，曼彻斯特，北伦敦，中伦敦，西伦敦，东伦敦，巴斯;中国境内认证考点：北京，成都，重庆，福州，广州，杭州，香港，济南，南京，上海，沈阳，深圳，武汉。不是在认证考点考的雅思成绩，且需要读语言课的情况下，签证拒签百分之90%!除非是直接去读正式课程，学校才“敢”给你担保发CAS!”

　　且不说国内现有的雅思考点就有53个。全年48场考试。还有许多人抢不到考位。如果真的改为只有13个考点，那完全可以预计在不远的将来，雅思考位一定会更加一位难求。。。

　　换句话说，那要真是13个考点，英国人还怎么赚钱呢。。。

　　那这个新闻到底是怎么来的呢?

　　事情是这样的，首先，英语水平ok的同学们可以先去看一下官方公告和相关文件https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/guidance-on-applying-for-uk-visa-approved-english-language-tests

　　官方公告原文：

　　If the visa you’re applying for asks you to prove your English language ability and you’re taking a test:

　　---on or before 5 April 2015, you should use ‘List of approved tests and providers: up to 5 April 2015’

　　---on or after 6 April 2015, you should use ‘List of approved tests and providers: from 6 April 2015’

　　这几段话的意思是如果申请的英国签证，你需要提供英语能力证明。但是4月5日及之前考的学生和4月6日及之后考的学生参考的文件不同。

　　而网上的关于雅思仅剩13个考点的消息就出自4月6日记之后考的考生要参考的这个文件上显示出的信息上。

　　List of approved tests and providers: from 6 April 2015中的原文：

　　The following are the lists of approved secure English language tests and test centres that have been assessed as meeting the Home Offices requirements from 6th April 2015. Anyone taking a test on or after 6th April 2015 that they intend to use in a UK immigration application must take one of the tests listed in table 1 at one of the approved test centres in table 2 or table 3.

　　这段话是说，这个列表罗列的是被认证的安全的英语语言考试及考点。而4月6日及之后考试的学生要申请UK immigration application的话要参考表格1选择考试，参考表格2,3选择考点。

　　表格1(Approved Secure English Language Tests)：列出了两个机构提供的四种考试Trinity College London提供的Integrated Skills in English 和 Graded Examinations in Spoken English，IELTS SELT Consortium提供的IELTS Life Skills和IELTS。

　　表格3(Approved SELT test centres in Rest of the World)：列了IELTS SELT Consortium这个Provider(考试提供方)在中国大陆被认可的13个test centre,也就是网上疯传的13个认证考点：

　　但是呢，请注意，表格3的全称是Approved SELT test centres in Rest of the World，而不是Approved IELTS test centres in Rest of the World.

　　所以呢，大家暂时可以不必恐慌!
