As part of our induction for international students, we offer an International Orientation programme in the week before the academic year begins. The aim of Orientation is to welcome new students from overseas and to help you begin to learn what it means to be living and studying here. It is a four day residential programme full of events and activities. It is a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with Warwick and the local area and to make new friends. We welcome you to join us for this event to give you the very best start to making the most of your Warwick experience.

Before your place on this course can be officially confirmed, you will need to meet the following condition(s) on or before 31 August 2011:

~ Resit an English Language test and submit the certificate confirming a score of (or equivalent to) IELTS 7.0

~ Submit two satisfactory references in support of your application. Previous submissions have unfortunately not met our requirements. Please refer to the further information section below.

~ Submit a completed 'Certification of Degree Result' form or provide the original (or an attested copy) of your certificate/transcript with an official translation into English confirming a final mark of at least 80%

Further information:

~ We have received two references but we cannot accept these to meet the University's requirements due to their format. Please arrange for the original versions to be sent to us by post in hard copy on letter headed paper.

~ If your conditions include a requirement to submit proof of your degree result, we recommend that you have your original document(s) attested and send the attested copy document to satisfy this condition of offer. (Remember that if you are going to be applying for a visa, you may need your original degree certificate to include with your visa application.) If you choose instead to send in your original degree certificate by post, we will return it to you immediately and email you to let you know that it has been posted. Any other hard copy document (including transcripts) sent to us will not be returned unless you include with the document(s) a self-addressed, postage paid envelope.
